Management and band decided to reveal the title of the upcoming new full length Legion of the damned album to be released in January 2009. We will also post some new song titles as soon as we get them. The upcoming new album is entitled:

We added a new show to our tourschedule. The Christmas Metal Meeting 2008. Once again Sodom and Legion of the damned will both be destroying Bochum. This is Legion of the damned's exclusive release show of the new album which will see its daylight begin of January. Visit for more info the club Matrix. Hey boys & girls. Another quick update, although besides having no electrcity at all in this house this morning, nothing new or exciting is happening. Our photoshoot for the upcoming album was rescheduled to mid May, so still working hard on several aspects of the album. We are also really looking forward to play Spain/Martohell and Metalcamp as well as Hellfest. We will be bringing our camera, so we will shoot some great stuff and put it online here on our website. Also we would like to thank everyone who filled in the above survey so far and send us great comments. We noticed that alot of dutch thrashers ask us when we will be playing holland again, not so sure about when etc..but we definitely want to do a couple of shows next year in Holland as well, but its actually to early to judge about it right now.
I am also working hard on the upcoming bonus DVD, this time we won't put alot on the DVD, but we try to do something special instead, so I am currently working on a great menu in 3D. I will also be shooting another video for our Thrash-buddies MELTDOWN that are currently in studio with Andy Classen, they recently got signed to NuclearBlast, so everything going relaxing and cool, the plan is that I will shoot their video on May 13th. And speaking of the rest of the guys?? I guess Harold is testing some new icecreams and Erik stopped smoking so he probably got wasted last weekend on twice as much beers ;). Richard? He went to see a Vader show on saturday!!

2 new gigs will be added soon, one will take place in Spain and one in Germany by the end of the year. As soon as we got the definite confirmation we will set them up. Meanwhile fill in our little survey and let us know through this what you think of the website.

I updated the Discography page with some more reviews and reactions plus added some photos to the gallery, there will be more photos soon, but its just alot of work, so have patience. There are also new threads posted to our forum so go ahead and spam us with your thoughts, comments, negativity and ideas hehe.

I worked my ass of last night and this morning to fix the little problems on the new website, hopefully everything is fixed. Heard that Firefox may give you some troubles viewing the site...well what can I say, ignore Firefox and get yourself another browser hehe. We will also have some new threads on the forum soon, so start signing up. We also added a brand new t-shirt, only available through EMP in Germany, exclusively!
A nice guy by the name of Oliver Metzer wrote us to Myspace and told us he got himself a "Sons of the jackal" tattoo, so ofcourse we couldn't wait to see it. So I wanna share that view with you guys right here:
Thanks Oliver for sending it to us. If anyone else has something great related to Legion of the damned, like having 10 posters in your room or walking around with your moms broom on your head to imitate Richard, send those pictures in and we will put them on the site.

Welcome to the brand new, fresh styled, Legion of the damned website. We wanted it to be more simple and only carrying the neccesary infos for you. Besides that we will also frequently update the video page with exclusive and rare videos from the band's own collection. These video's you won't find anywhere else, not on our DVD's nor on YouTube or Myspace We will also try to give you a more precise information of our next shows, that includes which stage and what time exactly.
As you will also immediately notice is that we have left out the guestbook, but for that we want you to register the forum instead, you can not only leave us a message there, but also talk/chat with other Legion of the damned fans. On top of that those who are registered are always making a chance on winning free tickets to our shows, signed merchandise like cd's and cards and meet & greets, so take that oppertunity and sign in!
This website is updated and build by ourselves, this means feel free to make a forum thread about other ideas or new ideas of how we can make this website more pleasureable for you, if you have any suggestions for our video's then let us know or if you wish to see something special, perhaps we can fullfill your wishes. We also finally made a complete merchandise page with all the merchandise. In the biography section there is also a detailed time table of the band, so you can see how we kept ourselves busy before being Legion of the damned.
Other than that we are still working hard on the new album. We will be entering the Stage one studio again first 3 weeks of September 2008. Still bloody lots of work to do. We have seen one of the album cover concepts and were absolutely stunned. Maybe in a couple of months when all is decided upon we can announce both the album cover and title to the public.
